I am dismayed by the likes of Kufour,laryea and particularly Stephen Appiah campaigning and expecting to be handed big positions without preparing for it.These players could be coaching colts, or first division teams to prepare themselves for bigger positions but they feel they are too good for that.Now watch Pintail and Tanko leap frog them to join Max Konadu and the other managers at the top.

Please, not all the players and coaches were rejects.I may agree with you on Appiah,Sellas, and Jones as being rejects. Painstil,Osam Doudu and Milo were not rejects. Milo ran away,Osam Doudo has achieved his ultimate goal, and Painstil took his own decision. In any case, all of them achieved nothing for those countries, with the exception of Jones.He managed to qualify Benin to AFCON.

In all honesty, John has earned this position taken cognizance of his level of dedication and perseverance. I wish him well and I believe that he will do his best. Who knows where his faith will take him with his efforts and successes? I pray that his efforts land him as the head coach in Ghana in the foreseeable future. Congrats paintsil but i wonder if a former south african football was appionted as an assistant at any of the top clubs in Ghana.the rection would have been negative from most people.Good vision from kaizer chiefs.
