After he hustled to make ends meet as a kid. This guy was a struggling brother around the corridors of East Legon, Accra. Saved by the kindest courtesy of "blue gate's banku". Lady Tina helped him to find his feet but he painfully jilted her when he stood. Showing support for NDC, he completed university of Ghana and was drafted in as an errand boy for the NDC party. From then he rose to be a sports minister because he used organized the youth of "Mempeasem and Bawaleshie" area for early morning exercise. We had no clue he had a father and that Yaw Ampofo Ankrah was his step brother until he became a minister. So now when he looks back at what he's been through, his only choice was to go for the booty. Well done Elvis.

There Will not have been any competition for you especially as the delegate base has been expanded in N DC. you were not forward looking. Indeed they should have jailed like Tsatsu Tsikata, Dan Abodakpi, Kwame Peprah, Victor Selormey, Dr Sipa Yankey etc who were jailed for causing financial loss to the state.
