So, when understanding peoples statement, we need to be very careful in interpretating it. I really wonder why my fellow Ghanaians are too foolish and stooped to getting things well.

  To be able to manage the Black Stars is not a joke at all! We have very talented players who need the correct and right guidance and direction!Rajevic had the ability and tact to do just that! The players trusted him, because he really knew what he was about! Come to think of it, his english was not so good but was able to communicate his ideas and tactics to the players! We Ghanaians underestimate the worth of our players or talents, they are willing and hungry to learn and improve and as such need very dedicated and skillful and knowledgeable coaches! Our present players are soooo used to better coaching schedules and methods that they easily look down on some of our coaches - like they did to Akwesi Appiah and refuse to follow instructions and to some extent laugh and scorn at them secretly! Someone mentioned Al-Ahli, Qatar and Rudar Velenje as teams Rajevic couldn't "help" or succefully train - the question is are you rating these teams in the same categories as the Black Stars and now Algeria??? Rajevac is good , whether we like it or not, he was one of the best coaches Ghana has had, and Ghanaians must pray that we don't get into the situation of having to face Algeria to fight for a single slot or position during the coming tournaments ahead. It would be more painful than what Hevre did to the black Stars with Zambia and Ivory Coast!
