Ministers live in state residences and drive chauffeur-driven state vehicles. Yet when they travel outside at government expense they still receive PER DIEM. Has this ever crossed your mind? You should not use Asamosh Gyan, to creation confusion here. These players deserve the Bonuses, because the have expended their energy, and physically, they can, if lucky enough, play until they are around 30 years old.
