If a Federation does not answer government transparency requirements,then the government is quite within its rights to refuse to fund in any way whatsoever. THe FIFA Or international federations that protect the National Federations are there to ensure that governments don't over reach however, if a Government or the Ministry has cause for inquiry, they are quite within their rights to make their concerns known to FIFA or any other International Federation (since this problem is not just a problem for football). THey are the sovereign government, and they can suspend the President and have an inquiry. The International federations have to understand that a country is sovereign and that the problems that happen such as the Russian sports federations, is because the IF over protect the national federations even when there are whistleblowers. THis only helps the prevailing stronger nations continue their progress and is at the expense of developing countries who are trying to progress!

Not transparent in their dealings use Ghanaians tax paying money but does not want to account for it. Ur tenure as seen loads of failure apart from success from the black stars most of the other national teams has failed. For ages now the under 20's,17's 23's have all failed to qualify for international tournaments. The loacal league is not something to write home about. Colts football have die so the failures outweigh the success u have chalked
