  Nigerian beer brand Star has entered into a multi-year partnership with English Premier League football club Manchester City.
  
  Star will become the club’s official beer partner in Nigeria and will also promote official City content across the country, which has a huge following for the Premier League.
  
  In addition, Star will offer fans in the country the opportunity to win City-related prizes such as match-day experiences and official club memorabilia.
  
  Nick Pinder, head of partnerships marketing EMEA at City Football Group, the parent company of Manchester City, said: “We have a rapidly growing fan base in Nigeria and by partnering with Star we have a unique opportunity to connect with our fans in a more meaningful way.”
