He will also get access to better trainers than he will if he stays in Ghana. Commey was short by a very small margin and I blame that on hisncoach and corner men.

Azumah Nelson set a perfect example when he came to dissipate Pat Cowdell in the West Midlands in the late 80s. Despite harsh treatment given to the Ghanaian fans (a few of them then) Azumah completed Pat Cowdell in 2 rounds. That was history. But our boxers also need investment from the government. If a government official can get on an air plane to travel to Brazil with cash for the Black Stars at the World Cup, only to lose why can we not support individual boxers to put Ghana's name on the map?.

Round 1 went to Easter , 2 and 3 went to Commey, 4-7 went to Easter, A controversial knockdown was given to Conmey in the 9th , followed by Easter coming back to do enough in 10, Commey winning Round 11, and Easter Finishing Strong in the 12th..
