Pele is adjudged the best player ever based on his heroics at the world's biggest stage(WC) because he did not play outside Brazil, based on Gyan's performance at the WC, he is the best striker in Africa's history. All time Ghana 11, he is the striker. He played more games for Ghana than anyone in history, leading scorer for Ghana, leading scorer at WC, big nemes like Drogba, Etc, Adibayour etc all shrink, but Gyan always shine. Gyan is a national asset just as Pele is to Brazil, so shut up Sarah and her friends and family and other haters.

Do you remember he missed the most important penalty of his career and for Ghana - it will haunt forever(I'm sure he will ask himself everyday; how did I miss that penalty?). How can you compare Drogba and Pele to A Gyan, Pele helped his country win the World Cup, Drogba is a legend at Chelsea y??? 2012 champions league final penalty plus he has won the African Cup with His country, African best player of the year etc.. What has Gyan helped us to WIN apart from his many goals for him to be a legend? He may be a Legend in your heart but not in Ghana.
If he is such legend in Africa how come he has never won African Player of the Year? Answer that.....
