If Ghana was disqualified for fielding an over-aged player against Cameroon, then why is Ghana still playing?

Lol, I happen to know the disqualification did not happen this year, but the reporter must specify when it happened because a reader might not be aware of when it happened, and that creates confusion. Poor journalism!
