  Majority of these hard working n talented kids have to be given some sort of shot to guidance n structure to work on their passion, and many, an only chance in life to showcase n express their self worth, and if it may take taxe payers money to do so, so be it. Than to give to these ministers to building mansions n sitting in offices n social media calling it work.
