Local, or foreign the coach needs to be qualified, period. Whatever form that comes in, the coach should be fully qualified to coach the national team! Not because you want a 'local' coach. Ugh!

Mr minister just go ahead n sign on ibrahim n damn this skin pain n "pull him down" nyantakyi gfa...but in the first place what at all is mentally wrong with this gfa always going for high paid foriegn coaches almost paying them outrageous salaries, 50k dollars per month now, since 1984 and with their awful results yet nyantakyi n his gfa kept on giving all manners of reasons why they cant sign on local coaches...well the reason is simply this ; they just cant stand a local coach taking at least $10k dollars whiles they the suppose employers earn far less. this is just the issue. stupidly enough they choose to pay $50k to absentee avram grant...and othrrs before him.
after all as I speak now almost 95% or more of all our intl sports laurels were won by our local sportmen n team why this stupid obstinacy n stinking posture by our gfa..to hire locals..why..?
