You defeated your own Statement. That is,an aspiring Candidate should be tried or tested to know if he can deliver,since no one was born experienced from birth on whichever Job or Position.Therefore the person "cannot deliver" is a personal opinion of Mahama.But Society should try or test the person first.Again, Mahama have been tried and tested.But the people say they want a "Change " b'cos there's too much hardships and no Jobs for majority of the Youth.And for Mahama and his representatives( ministers,etc)to direct the Youth to go into Farming as if to Farm is easy and without a well thought through program of economic empowerment (assitance), to the propective Youth to go into Farming is most unfortunate and an insult to the Youths in anguish, to say the least.It's a clear indication of an administration bereft of prudent economic ideas to Create Jobs.Ghana needs a team with a well planned strategic Program which can turn the economy around with little foreign Loan or Assistance. For, acquiring Loans to develop a Nation is not the way forward, and could be done better by any of the Market Women,in my personal opinion.Anyway.
