Only in Ghana can names be infringed at will! What next Berekum Hearts of Oak in the GPL? Two All Star teams what a dumb move!
The other team is "Wa All Stars" not "All Stars". This is "Bolga All Stars". Any team can be named "All Stars" and has nothing to do with location.
You don't have to copy Wa unless Nyantakyi owns both teams! Let me help you guys: BOLGA SUPER STARS can be a better and original name for your team!
