  Can you name any old player in the team apart from Gyan?This is the time to bring in the experience guys to coach the young once.That's what we did in the previous qualifiers.

  Coach sarpong you were once my coach years ago but i will like to know why till now we no longer have 20 plus goals strikers in the ghana league. Local coaches are also not helping by not identifying that our national team needs strikers and discovering a good one can help their team and bs? Why has nigeria been successful in producing strikers and we arent? Look at the nigerian u17 and u21 strikers, they are still doing it and doing it in europe now contrast with ghana adiyah, assifuah, majeed, accam etc, where are they? Local coaches are doing something wrong because check out neymar, how many goals has he scored and how old is he?if you can only score 17 goals and 14 goals the year after in gpl how can you help bs reach big time if you get called up? ghana coaches are training everyone to play like a left back, right back or defensive midfielder

  God help Ghana! My people know how to talk and criticize foreign coaches but when the opportunity is offered to them after the foreign coach resigns and leave they fumble and create chaos all over the place. Remember the last world cup? Just think critically and tell me if the chaos which lead to the sad elimination of the stars would have occurred under a foreign coach? Ghanaians are not disciplined, especially those in positions of responsibilities. Everyone wanted to dictate to Kwasi Appiah on who should be in the squad and wanted to manage the players. The results were absolute disaster. In my opinion,the coach should be the final authority in the selection process with help from his technical assistants and not ministers and directors. It is his team and everyone should stay out of it. The indiscipline is getting out of hand, and its about time for us as a nation to respect authority figures. Ghana may not make it for the 2018 if the next coach happens to be a local coach. The person will only be a puppet of irresponsible and incompetent politicians. The next coach must insist on total independence in managing the team without interference before he signs the contract. He must be the boss and the final authority when it comes team selection and discipline.
