The best players will also be fielded because investments and profits will be at stake.

Just coordinate well with CAF and FIFA.

Private sponsors are important and feasible but serious legal logistics would have to be worked out with CAF and FIFA. What could work is a private online Black Star channel showing all levels for men and women and people would have to pay to view.
