This is a HUGE reason why the national team is not happy with the GFA or the Sports Ministry. These stories are absolutely stupid, and make no sense. Where is the basis for Grant Palmer's allegation? What should matter the most is that the players are happy with their head coach.

This ongoing nonsense is starting to affect the players again. I guess we did not learn from our mistakes in Brazil 2014 when there was so much infighting in affected the team from doing well in the tournament. You don't hear of this nonsense from the top soccer federations in Europe or in the Americas, but only in Africa. This needs to come to an end. How can you expect the head coach to work in a hostile environment with the GFA and Sports Ministry going back and forth!?!?

I'm telling you, and mark my words. Once Avrams contract is up, he is not coming back to Ghana. No other top head coach will ever want to coach here despite Ghana's massive talent to make a semi final run in the World Cup because the government and management is beyond dysfunctional. Like I said when Kwesi Appiah was in charge, until the GFA and Sports Ministry clean up their act, the players will suffer, and so will the teams performance.
