What black stars need is not another fiasco where management and team cannot be discipline enough to cause further embarrassment at the world stage.
If our leaders do not know, black stars have support around the globe and must be well managed to court and hold onto it's support outside our shores,they should think again
One main problem with the team is captaincy. Current leader is not a natural born with such gift and qualities to lead but his money has sold him that position to the detriment of our failures.
The mandate is with Ayew and a lot of research has to be made to come to such conclusion.
If black stars will win any cup it falls on Ayew and he must take the mantle from Gyan.
Second issue killing the association is their black nonsense mentality where all decisions are made on emotions. Black stars need well built,tall,skillful committed and discipline players to go to the next world cup.
Although Sulley Muntary had shown gross disrespect to the institution, he is needed in the team due to his skill, maturity and quality he adds to the team. Emotionally, he does not deserve a place in the squad but practically the team needs him to form a formidable and dreadful Black stars.
That said a contract should be signed between team and management about punishments through fines and worst being suspension but not indefinite. There is a saying that if indeed your dad is not good; he is still your dad.That means ways and means should be adopted to work with your dad to finally accept each other. You cannot turn lime into orange but through effective management lime can be adopted as orange cousin.

The issue of Gyan being stripped of the captaincy is unwarranted. The team respects Gyan, and they have openly declared that from day 1, so we need to stop this talk of Ayew superseding Gyan as the team captain.

Finally, Sulley Muntari day's with team is over. Wakaso, Acquah, and Badu have played very well since assuming the starting roles in the midfield w/Badu coming off the bench. Sulley hasn't even been playing active football, so how can you justify his inclusion. Experience is just not enough, especially with our young midfields playing well. Did you see Wakaso's performance against Russia? He played VERY well, and he has a great attitude. Muntari's disciplinary record has been poor and is a team distraction. Why take that chance on him again?!

I do agree with you that management does need to improve on both the GFA and GSM end. It is simply abysmal, and no top class coach will come to Ghana to coach our team. The leaders are too dysfunctional.

Grant is still good but the problem is, the GFA has given him more freedom to do what pleases him. He travels a lot instead of being at his duties. The GFA have to know that he's being paid and therefore has to be under their rules. I believe a senior member of the GFA has a hidden deal with him, thus leaving his post any time he feels. If GFA now don't need him, they should allow his contract to finish. Kwasi Appiah should be given another chance. He's the one that built this team to the world cup, yet this GFA brought his dreams into disruption for the so called "players money ". They still sacked hI'm after his good performance to cover up their own fault. Let's respect our own coaches and stop this white coaches who don't respect to be controlled by a black man. Upon the big money we are paying this man, his freedom surpasses that of Kwasi Appiah. We respect and honour this foreign coaches more than ours. We should be proud of what we have, cherish and give them the necessary support. These foreign coaches that we have so much confident in them - if I may ask "how many of them is able to take his country into a quarter final in a world cup? These things are not good for the general development of our Black Stars and their psyche esp. knowing that we have an important continental tournament to participate in. When Coach Avram Grant let our team to Silver glory in the previous tournament, the FA promised that we would count on him to win the Cup in the next contest, which takes place in February in Gabon. Do we really have sensible people in Ghana, or we're just made up of fools who can't even think about any good thing for mother Ghana. If we want to want to achieve anything for ourselves, we better start maturing as good thinkers. We can progress with the kind of "pull him down" attitude and the Nii Lantey "Vampire" and Nyaho Tamakloe kind of characters creating confusion and disaffection within our sports fraternity. It's a shame! Lantey Vanderpuije should focus on retrieving the monies squandered by his Afriyie Ankrah-led NDC team that led our Black Stars Squad to the recent WC-2014 in Brazil, than always making our key players like Asamoah Gyan, Dede Ayew and FA Boss, Kwasi Nyantakyi feel bad or victimized.
