How can Senegal,Algeria and Tunisia overtake Ghana? How can All these war torn unstable countries overtake good Ghana "the Brazilians" of African football ? Sometime ago Ghanaian premier league matches were re-broadcaste in some African countries like Sierra Leone,Liberia,and Senegal you hear foreigners calling themselves Opoku Nti, Abbra,Polo,Abedi,Kofi Abbrey etc now look where we are? We should be in the TOP TEN TEAMS in the World not Fighting 5 place in Africa and struggling to stay in top 50 .....Any way Nii Lante Vanderpuye the sports minister says no money and he doesn't care if we stopped playing football. After the election I hope there's a shake up at GFA & Ministry of Sports or else there will be nothing left as the "passion of the nation"

Ghana soccer is going down certainly, it wasnt like that years back, it's a real shame and very disgraceful. What are we doing to reverse the decline? There are so many TV stations these days but you hardly see any of our league matches or documentaries about Ghana Soccer on it, how do we reach out to our ladies and the youth who are obsessed with foreign programmes and EPL these days. The F A and the government need to sit up. Some of our sports journalist are so primitive, behaving like our political journalists here. The F A technical commitee is useless but they still call personalities from there to talk on radio, All you here is today Prampram coaching this , tomorrow Caf license this. useless stuff nothing to back it. Instead of reaching out to coaches like the former Medeama coach , the Swedish coach. A man responsible for building one of the most exciting teams in recent years. We ve a very long way to go as a country.
