Govrnment should back the Parliament to enact a law to arrest and pesecute any one who would use insulting language,as his modus oparendum to express his sentiments against the head of state or any prominent person ie the opposition leader or his vice and other important dignitories in society.If this is adhere to by Parliament,I believe respect would begin to be instilled into the minds of those who never had parents who were emboldened to bring them up with such an important ingrediens of human upbringing.Government must be able to take the lead in this escapade
