The truth hurt and Ghanaians must learn to deal with the truth. We lost to Egypt because of our silly believes and not practical in the sports world.
Before going to the game, Egypt had told you how important this game was to them, by fielding their best team.
Stupidity in the us and the GFA could not understand how important this game was, in the qualifier. Instead of getting over pettiness and do the right thing for the country. They let their stupid pride prevail by not using our best materials.
All i know from childhood is that, football is played by bad boys and most times you need proper management to control these behaviors. Unfortunately, our country lack the resources to hire a behavior managerial team to teach our bad boys how to behave on and off the field. Poor countries are indeed very poor in everything and the reason is, we take many things for granted. It's about time Ghanaians pay attention to things they seem not matter.Then we can win tournaments otherwise, till thy kingdom come, we will never win any tournament period.
Whoever said's the coach is not to be blame know nothing about soccer and management. A manager do not wear a lucky t'shirt and hope that luck will strike goals for him. A good manager fight for the best for his team and Avram Grant could not had fought GFA to bring back his needed bad boys to do the job for him.
A good coach should have known how baaad our keeper was, and call for a better handler. He missed all that, and you want to apportion blame to who! He was paid to win games through his experience but he has not proven to be what he was expected to be.

As far as I am concerned, Ghana losing to Egypt is not the result that will hurt Ghana. I knew all along that Ghana will lose to Egypt in Alexandria, and Egypt will most likely lose in Ghana. The result that will hurt Ghana most is the draw against Uganda in Ghana. Ghana and Egypt will split the points. Each will win at home but who goes to the USSR will be determined by the country that amasses more points from the other remaining matches, and Egypt seems to be doing that very well. Now Ghana has to win all our remaining matches and pray that Egypt loses or draws in one of their remaining matches. Even if Egypt drawers in a match, we still need to score more goals than them. It's an uphill task.

The spirit of the nation is against them and the fortunes of the Black Stars will continue to dwindle for a long until every player that was part of the shameful Brazil episode is out of the team. I have never seen a passionate Ghana go against their beloved Black Stars until the aftermath of Brazil 2014. We should forget about Russia 2018 and Ghana will not go past the group stage of the AFCON 2017. The result of that will demonize the team such that they will loses most of the crucial games that would have spiraled any hope of going to Russia. The truth hurts!!
