The purpose of government is to manage resources , if SSNIT belong to government and gov.has used it resources to build this edice what is your beef?

YOU have made a good observation! It is not only the fact that rain can disrrupt events, but the direct sun shine and rain can deplete or reduce the life span of the seating materials!And even the facility as a whole!

It is very nice, but it lacks shade, and du to that, the rain and sun can easy wear out the facility! There should have been a shade cover the spectators' sitting arina!
VERY STUPID!! Why not cover it and make it into a real gymnasium. RAIN AND WEATHER will highly disrupt events there.. STUPID ARCHITECTURE AND PLANNING.. THIS LOOKS LIKE ANCIENT GREECE ARENA
