Spending big money on a foreign coach just to rebuild is silly. I would be upset if they pick an expensive foreign coach just to rebuild. If Appiah comes in knowing this is a rebuilding job he is going to feel more freedom than he did the first time around. He will pick who he feels comfortable with.

With Grant it became 1-0, 2-1 etc, and now the well has dried up.
The only reason Grant wants to continue is to give himself a chance to improve his record at the coming AFCON, but that would be at the expense of Ghana.
If we keep doing the same thing, the result would be the same, so it is time to give Ghana the chance to turn things around by bringing in a new coach.
Change is good, it brings determination, new spirit, tactics, etc. That is how they all do it around the world.
