1st of all in this modern times, you cannot put players together within a month and expect to win world Cup matches of this kind, this is not 1982 where players are put together within a short period of time and win a tournament.
I will be glad if my beloved Ghana qualifies but folks the way things stand, I don't think we can qualify.
Secondly there are a whole lot of galaxy of stars (players) who have sacrifice their energy for nothing for the national team, some have been mistreated, sideline etc, etc and they are living with anger, pain and frustration, when all these things are put together it's not helping our national team, I think the crooked GFA must look at these things and do something meaningful about it, else Ghana is going nowhere.

There are hardly any Giants today in world football because you are as good as your last match otherwise, a country like Brazil would never have lost heavily to Germany at home in front of their home crowed at the last world cup. The Black Stars are going through a normal loss of form which inflict all clubs and national sides alike around the world. Cameroun, Nigeria, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia Senegal were once fearful side in Africa until they lost out and have over a decade been engaged in rebuilding and restructuring. Ghana's Black Stars dwinddling forms started a long while ago but Ghanains believe having participated in 3 successive world cup makes Ghana one of the world best but we got it all wrong, world cup qualifications are no birth right, you have to be at the top of your game or remain average performers as its begining to unfold to the Black Stars. The latest FIFA ranking is a testimony to the fact that Ghana had never been a Giant in Africa but was riding on overhyped glory of South African worls cup last minute semi final penalty miss by Asamoah Gyan.

This is the result of nepotism and politics in Ghana soccer and its not taking us anywhere, the coach is not to be blamed,people tell him what to do, and who to choose, he listens because he is a foreigner.The coach recently asked for KP Boateng,for the next match,Akwasi Appiah was talking about apology. A while ago, this same coach requested for Boateng and he was turned down. We fix our bed, we lie on it in soccer.

With the current ignoring of the local players,forget it.
Our mind set is all about the foreign players which to me is not bad but it is not the best.
Blending players is superb.Local players kill themselves while our foreign base protect themselves against injuries.It yields competition.If we rely only on the foreign players,they would be complacent thinking that without them,there is no black stars.
We better call Sulley,Essien,John paints, Inkoom and the rest because they are far better than these guys we see them to be young
