Ibrahim Sunday has said it all. However, the onus lies with the Coach. There are so many quality Ghanaian players actively playing in other leagues, cut the Coach and GFA Officials always invite bench warmers to come and player our matches. Some of the current players think they have permanent positions in the national team - very upsetting. Until that system is corrected, we will continue to see the downward progress of the senior national team.

You even added the word, "so" to it? There are "SO" many "quality"Ghanaian players actively playing in other leagues? Which leagues are you talking about? Better yet, please name only three so called quality players you classified as better than the ones at hand who are playing regularly in their respective clubs. Oh, and mind you, those second and third division leagues in Austria and the rest, besides the English Championship league, the Spanish league two, the Serie B, the Busdesliga B, are nowhere in comparison to the clubs and leagues our players play for and participate in. So far, the best players the country produces around the globe are what Grant keeps inviting with the exception of Albert Adomah.

Ibrahim Sunday is right in his statement as encouragement to these players to work hard and earn regular playing time in their individual clubs is vital. I still see nothing about the way they performed in Egypt just recently. We have no strikers and expect us to win in Egypt? How did we perform against Uganda in our own territory? And we blaming the coach? Yes, we may have our midfield department a better than the other departments, yet we fall short in terms of scoring from the midfield. How many quality players did we present in Egypt after we beat them 6-1? Were not Essien, Muntari, KPB and the rest included but still went down by 2 goals to 1? So what is the difference here?

Folks, we picked the wrong venue against Uganda and that was our downfall. The field was not good and when the players were complaining, some of the higher authorities were talking trash. Asking the players to contribute in fixing the stadium whilst their bonuses have been slashed.

Here is another, a whole ministry of sports and the gfa were or are not in good terms and we expect things to go right for us? The national teams are under these two authorities. Therefore, when the tail of a fish is spoiled, which part of of the body of this fish began the mess up first? Isn't it the head of the fish? The problem is there and instead of us addressing it, we are pointing fingers to the wrong members of the group.

Ghana has average players at the moment. People say our only problem is strikers. What about goalkeeping, defense and midfield? We have zero playmakers and people say our midfield is good. Yes, our midfielders are good at running around and giving nonsense passes. Moreover, our players are uninspired because of the substandard coaching and dubious, shambolic GFA. The first solution is to kick out this GFA and then rebuild.

What did Kwesi Nyantakyi and his GFA do after Brazil blame everyone and not themselves. Decade to punish the fans by moving Black Stars matches from ground and fans who have whole heartily supporter the Black Stars.

Now tell us which new players has Coach Grant being able to discover and bring them to team? Kwesi Appiah made the Black Star positions very competitive he was always looking around to strengths the team. Grant is just lazy.

What coach in his rightful mind will be Sky TV than being with his team.

You do not have a point on our lost to Egypt when Kwesi Appiah was in charge we have already made it to world cup and so we did not care about that Egypt match.

It is simple as that coaches get blamed all over the world even the best of best. Jose Mourinho lost his job none of the players did not.

We are not going to Russia this will be the wake up call. We need a change.

It is also the first time the country has moved out of the top 50 since 2005.avraham granat changed his name to grant. HE is NOT a good coach. look at his record as bstar coach 27 games, 12 wins, 8 draws, 7 losses. with a losing percentage of 44.44%. why retain him? then again nyantakyi is using grant to cover up his corruption at gfa n to escape possible investigation. now that granat knows the inside deals of gfa. he is blackmailing nyantakyi not only for money but to keep his job as well.
