  Why is Kotoko going after midfielders? This department is the country should be the cheapest since there is no demand for it. We produce midfielders and so the clubs are filled with them. On the contrary, we lack defenders and most importantly, strikers. None of the clubs in the country has a prolific strikers and this is killing our national teams. The coaches for Kotoko and the other clubs should rethink of their focus and groom strikers.
  
  Mickey, the club needs strikers so leave the midfielders alone and go for the big. Storm ther regions and I could bet, at least, two strikers could be discovered. That is what our mother club, Kumasi Asanti Kotoko is crying for. Gone were the days we had Opoku Afriyie and the rest. Now we don't and it is about time we re-think of what to do to groom few.

  This is the reason why many Ghanaian players are warming the bench in foreign countries. Half baked players rushed abroad by greedy agents. Only one year exposure in our local league and the powers that be are in a hurry to rush him abroad. Now adays, the craze is to rush them anywhere, .....Tanzania, Sudan, S. Africa, Egypt, Tunisia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Papua New Guinea, Brunei, Cambodia, Vietnam.......etc. Who is the loser? Poor Black Stars.
