Same faces all the time & we have not won a single game for a long time. Look at the striking department. Jordan. My goodness. When did he even score his last goal for Aston Villa in the Championship? I can't recall. Is this a dependable striker? Absolutely not. I bet you, this same Jordan would be leading our squad in the absence of Baby Jet (who cannot fly because of wet punctured wings).
Ghana football is now almost a joke. The jaguar jokers are parading as football administrators. We need a revamp of the system. Probably going back to the Colts system, better run inter-school competitions which culminated to the inter regional drbacles. Do we remember the academicals? The second team of the premier leaguers - brings to mind the Anokyes & the Auroras. Where have they gone? Gone are those days. GOD SAVE OUR HOMELAND GHANA.

Ugly Nyantakyi and his cohorts have ruined our soccer and we need to get rid of them. Gone are the days when one would go and join a queue at 7 am at the Accra sports stadium, just to watch kotoko and hearts match.

So they don't get exposed to injury. The named players can also begin preparing for afcon in terms of travel arrangements etc. Secondly, you need to have a first and second list plus standby players in case of injury. Our coaches did this in high school. This is why I keep enforcing the need for a Criteria for bstar callups. If this criia is written down and set in stone. It gives the coach a formula for which he or she can base bstar callups on. Without this "formula", callups will be left to who can pay to play. When u do this. U do ur country a disservice by ignoring the best star quality players in favor of less quality, lower division or players from less desirable clubs or lgs and guess what. They won't win you any trophies especially bcos other nations are not cowtowing to this idea of pay to play in selecting players. Like I mentioned earlier. Trophy winning teamsare those with individual player accomplishment. So make sure your first 11 or 23 players have had experience winning a lg trophy, fa cup or world cup. You can also consider players who have won individual accolades for example atsu was afcon top goalscorer. Assifuah was u20 top goal scorer etc. This is what u rely on to assemble a squad. I've done my research. Portugal, Chile, Germany, ivory Coast, brasil, Argentina, France...when they won wcups and continental trophies assembled players with trophy winning experience. Let those who have ears, hear. Amen
