IT USED TO BE A VERY CUTE AND FASCINATING FOOTBALL SIDE, WITH SKIPPER OBENG AS ONE OF ITS MEMORABLE CAPTAINS. THOSE WERE THE DAYS WHEN GHANA FOOTBALL GREW FROM BABY LEVELS THROUGH THE COLTS LIKE KEN HARRISON BABIES, BEFORE AURORAS AND ANOKYE. THERE WERE NO FOREIGN PLAYERS, YET GHANA WON THE AFRICAN CUP IN 1963, 1965 AND 1978! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE GHANA FOOTBALL WE KNEW? MR. NYANTAKYI, CAN YOU TELL US WHAT HAPPENED?

Things should be worked out so that 2017/2018 calendar strarts in Aug/ September to conform with the European calendar. Fact is the European calendar is controlling World football and if adopted it will be in Ghanas interest. Over to GFA.
