I think that what Grant and the GFA is doing only leads to confusion. In this situation you need to be strong and say this is our 23 period. You can name about five official standbys and then focus on getting the players ready. By now, they could have had a scrimmage with 15 players to go against Hearts of Oak or Kotoko. This attempt to call a large "preliminary crew" to practice with each other does not make much sense. We need strong decision makers.
