  With 18 years of Tertiary Education in the health Sciences Frimpong Boateng I believe is more appropriate for the health ministry. Nevertheless his grounding in Science also makes him appropriate for this ministry. We need clearly delineated ministries. Since ministries play regulatory role I believe the combination of Communications ministry with Technology would be more appropriate. Akufo-Addo's first steps encouraging.
