1. It makes more sense to invest in a high end facility in Ghana so the team can camp in Ghana.
2. Invite teams to Ghana for friendlies. In particular, some of the weaker African sides that need the experience.
3. Use local coaches. Why pay the foreign coach all this money and in the end the team is named late and friendlies have not been arranged.

Ghana has played Egypt, an Arab state and nothing happened. Why the hatred for the national coach? Do you have any local coach qualified to handle the national team.
