    Gyan did not miss in a penalty shootout! He missed the penalty at overtime (before shootout). That's why there was a shootout in the first place. As matter of fact, he scored in the penalty shootout after that miss!

    Thank you. Santa Claus' analysis is faulty. If your star is good at penalties, why leave him out? Usually they even take the first penalty.

    Please let us know the years Socrates and Ronaldinho missed their penalties? Your arguement is not cogent. Ronaldo was Brazil's hero and he always took part in playing penalies. Please answer my question.

    Brother, your argument is flawed. Anyone can miss a penalty during a shootout, and any team can lose a game through a shootout; irrespective of form or statire.
