  Why do we most of the time have to come to this stage in business transactions before we settle? Do we understand what a budget is? Togbe and the Director should at least know what is going on financially and budget wise, and should also think about the Welfare of the players. That they have families and bills to pay. I honestly do not expect a club like Hearts to be in such a situation, when the league is starting this weekend. The management should wake up, and pay the players as soon as possible. God bless the great OAK TREE, NEVER SAY DIE, SEA NEVER DRY.
