Jama as we call it, is indulging; however it destroys their mental toughness, their mindfulness and their composure against a good team. FOOLISH PRACTICES IS WHAT IS HOLDING US BACK. YOu see how a goal keeper cannot even take criticism but instead resorts to facebook video to lash back at the unhappy fans? And then he repeats the same error against Cameroon by completely misjudging coming for the ball or staying. Do away with singing and get these National players to practice mindfulness when they gather for assignments! They have the skill set and qualities which is NO DOUBT but half of them lack mindfulness and composure on national duty and they don't even understand what the other team also wants to do in a match. You can never win 6 games straight against equally good African sides without consistent mindful presence thought the games. Exciting singing and JAMA and dancing will not do it for you. GET RID OF IT.

Let Grant go in peace. He achieved NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING for Ghana. We've had Coaches who even went on to help the Aged Teams to win trophies. Grant never produce any player. Let Konadu also go. He has been a follow-follow man who'd been advising the Coach to use aged players ALL THE TIME against the crop of young talented players among the 23. He's too free with the aged ones.

Our team selection had been too predictable with the players divided into two - THE AUTOMATICS and THE BENCH WARMERS. Grant & Konadu told us a lie that each of the 23 was capable. But he kept overworking the same predictable players. When Afful did some terrible errors in the very first match he should have rested him for the second match. He would have a favour to Afful by letting him know that other players can do as much. Brimah should have no business in this match. He cursed the Fans and the Fans also cursed him. In short GRANT MUST GO (and he's gone) MAX KONADU MUST ALSO GO, Team must be rebuilt among the lower 20s. Age 27 downward. All this dancing should stop with its energy sapping and loss of objective.

If we look at the 3 losses we have endured since the WC clash with Egypt, we lost each and every one of them from a set piece. We easily lose focus and commit stupid fouls. If Wakasu thinks he is so tough,he should be in boxing rather than soccer. He is a good player but that stupid attitude doesn't help us at all. The coaches must instill discipline in the team and weed away all these players with chips on their should shoulders. Ghana will not qualify for the world cup so take this time to groom younger and disciplined guys for the black stars.

The two teams showed superb class of football and one can count on individual talents really fantastic . Field manouvering and few unwanted mistakes made one team lost . Actually the lions showed hardness in play whiles the stars showed individual good tactis which wasn't bad at all . I feel a bit of remorse and urging to put things right in the team . There are no grounds to waste such young talented players . If these boys are trained very well it would be hard for any team to beat them . They played really good football not as a team but individually .

3.Avram Grant never put any competition between the local players and the foreign players... Since he don't want to live in the country,to make his job easy for him... He only gets players from abroad... If u look at black stars since Grant took over...no local player has immerged to the top... He didn't realize that all this player's who are playing in this big teams started from Ghana... I personally think the team needs a reshuffle cuz you do see our players were not hungry to win this tournament... They just played what they think its good but not hungry to win games from get go....I knew Cameroon will definitely beat Ghana b4 the start of the game... If u truly wants to be broken hearted give ur heart to Ghana black stars...
