  Lack of Playing Time at Clubs!!!
  People have blamed the coach, GFA and even lack of fan support for why BS have failed to win AFCON or any other tournament since 1982. But in my opinion, the main reason is lack of playing time at club level for most of our players, who come to tournaments not totally fit or sharp. Results in loss of mental concentration and mistakes which lead to us conceeding unnecessary goals or not being clinical with our goal-scoring opportunities. Our player selection criteria MUST include a minimum % playing time at club level to force players to stop going to clubs for money and fame just to warm the bench, e.g., Christian Atsu, Baba Rhaman, Andre, Jordan, Wakaso, etc.

  Black stars have to facus on the World Cup qualification.if they did not win their next match,they should resign,so that new players can be fixed.The new players can even do much better than the old players.
