  NDC lost the December 2016 elections because of corruption, thievery in high govt positions, lies and propaganda. But most importantly, the NPP was vigilant; the persuaded Togolese and other foreigners not to risk voting during our elections, plus were able to get actual and accrate figures from all polling stations, across the country put together quickly at their party's HQ. And those numbers or figures tallied well with other Media Houses eg. JOY-Fm, ADOM-Fm, CITY-Fm and Peace-Fm. With such a powerful coalition of media and NPP's own compilation, the EC and the NDC had no chance to rig the elections. This is the reason why the NDC, led by their General Secretary Johnson Asiedu-Nketia and Koku Anyidoho attempted to confuse the electorate with their bogus pronouncements without success. The EC also was in total shock by the overwhelming numbers and couldn't declare the results after a surprisingly dragging their feet for so long. Thank God that Ghanaians are now wide awake; gone are the days of NDC's lies and propaganda, gift sharing and conscience-buying tactics to fool the electorate, esp the youth; things have changed..!!! And with the new National ID policy coming on stream the NDC will be in opposition for a very long time. It's funny to hear them form a committee to investigate their loss. It's useless..!!! Instead of mending their crook
