Our best striker for the better part of a decade would not even have made the bench of the Senegal 92 squad (no disrespect to him). Sometimes I fear we may become the other version of Senegal: quality strikers but mediocre midfielders in their case and in our case world class midfielders but mediocre strikers! I fear we may always show up, perform decently but never lay our hands on the trophy cos of our striker's deficiency.
