Ghanaian-born midfielder, Hiram Boateng has been adjudged the player of the month at English League two side Northampton Town.
Boateng, who joined Northampton Town on loan until the end of the season from English Premier League Crystal Palace was awarded the club’s top gong after excelling in the month of January
The 21-year-old received the award after his side’s League game against Chesterfield on Tuesday.
A good performance at Northampton Town could force Eagles manager Sam Allardyce to recall the dynamic midfielder.
The player is eligible to feature for the Black Stars having represented England at junior level.
