  What would do? What has he to offer that he did not offer all these years. Why not appoint a caretaker crew to do a "house-cleaning" job before the a new Coach and his team are invited in. You see, Maxwell will invite the same players and give them the ball to do joggle around doing what they like. A care taker crew would throw his net wide, telling most of the current team players that "Yes we know you very well, we know all your strengths and weaknesses. Let us go searching to learn more about those we believe can join us" so we have two POWERFUL BLACK STAR TEAMS, thus having a BANK of QUALITY PLAYERS we can always fall on.
  Ghana should be greater than any individual player so that when one is ill we would not be running helter-shelter as is without one player there's no BLack Stars.

  Akufo-Addo must ensure that hospitals in Ghana carry out the required weekly mortality meetings. At such meetings mortalities, unnecessary morbidities are discussed and lessons learnt. Many hospitals haven't carried out a single mortality meeting since 1990. This must not continue under Akufo-Addo's adminstration.
