This is bcos the european wont give you the chance. But in Africa, administrators will not give african coaches the chance. and when they do too, they rate them so low in terms of salaries. The European knows the African dis-favours his own colour. How does he dis-favour his colour? he thinks the European knows more than he does or can do better.
