GFA pls, we have done it before(CK Gyamfi, AA, Jones, Afrinie, Osam Duodu etc) all served us well. Pls let us reward our former players with jobs in the team, they can do it, at least they will give their hundred percent effort.

My take on it is that if you are bringer a foreigner why not bring someone with a Ghanaian or some sort of "Afro Connection". Desailly, Otto Addo and the Afro Dutch Kluivert are all there. At this point, I feel like this is the time to try that methodology. Hire someone with a cultural connection but who is also removed enough so that they do not owe anyone any favors.

I seriously don't know what value these foreign coaches add to our football, at least Kwasi Appiah invested the money he earned in Ghana by building a hostel. What has Avram Grant done, all that money he earned is out of Ghana, never to return!!!!!!!!!!!! Just plainly stupid!!!!

If you really follow the game of football, you'll realize that experience as a coach has turned into something different. Great soccer players who were also captains happen to be great coaches even though they never had any coaching experience when they were made coaches. Examples include S. Bilic, Rijkaard, Seedorf, Zidane and the German coach of America. Desailly used to be a captain too, and he expressed interest in coaching Ghana. Therefore, what's your problem? Even bedi Pele fully supported Desailly to be the Black Stars coach. You're no better than Abedi in this sense.
