Abdul Razak - fine, but he lacks Continental/global connection. We need the Ghana control for the sake of searching for, and grooming talented local players. But we also need the international (Global) connection for easier exposure of our and marketing of our local players. Both must blend. The recent team of Grant with Konadu exhausted all their stuff. A fresh combination is required.
