We're tired of people coming in, bilking and milking us for two years and leaving, only for us to recycle the same nonsense over and over ad infinitum in pursuit of elusive trophies.

Gather our best - Akwasi Appiah, Stephen Appiah, Borbor, Konadu, Desailly and Polo and whomever.

Scatter them to football-superior countries like Argentina, Brazil, Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Spain.

Bring them back to train Black Stars and local coaches.
Do it as a PERMANENT, endless part of our football-development strategy.

Rotate them around those football-superior countries to learn different training and management methods.

The current knee-jerk, stop-gap, trial-and-error and kickback-motivated approach is a total waste of time, money, energy and the people's prayers.

I live in England. Harry Redknapp and his son Jamie are millionaires. He is a well respected manager whose teams have never been relegated. If he doesn't get the Leicester job and comes to Ghana it would be because of the unique challenge and quality that Ghana possess and not for Ghana's little money. We will start to see top managers coming to west africa in particular to be the first manager to win the world cup with an african team.
