You are not even worried that we pay peanuts to our local coaches and expect them to perform magic while we literally dole out triple or even quadruple the amount on the so-called competent foreign coaches.
  Just because the money does not come from your personal pocket does not mean that we should spend that money on foreigners who can achieve nothing better than local coaches. In any case, those foreign coaches we bring to Ghana,what feat have they achieve on their home soil?
  If we don't let home grown coaches to handle our teams how will they become efficient?
  Somehow Yeboah believes that imported chaff is more precious than winnowed grains from Ghana
  When will we ever appreciate and patronize anything made in Ghana?

  Local coaches should be encouraged and paid well for them to perform to meet our expectations. Why do we sack our local coaches just for failing to win the world cup. Let us not discard what we have. There is joy in participating, not necessarily to win, but performing well is enough. Winning the world cup is not an easy task for any nation, and much less for any African nation.
