  Konadu is good at the local blackstars but he selects mostly kotoko Players and thats my worry else he can Partner Razak or Polo for the Senior Team.

  Good morning comrades, once again the FA has given us the chance to scrutinize their decision whether good or bad. In one breadth Ghanaians sympathize with the FA becos Konadu is a Ghanaian and needs a job and there are others demand result and quality.truth be told Konadu though has a very good rapport with the players which is vital for team cohesion but that's not enough. He failed woefully to build a strong CHAN side over the years and that negatively affected his boss(Grant) and the Black Stars. So many Ghanaians didn't see that as a problem, but it was the more reason why no local player apart from Richard Ofori who could only make the cut for the Afcon Team.FA should not impose any assistant on the new appointed Black Stars coach,he should have the chance to constitute his own technical team per the FA's financial conditions.This should trickle down to Goalkeeper's trainer,video analyst, etc....If we want to eat omelet as a nation then we've got to crack the egg. Let's stop showing this hypocritical sympathy and demand for the best.
