Is hearts a weak/cheap team too? He is implying the teams they have beaten are not cheap teams. In fact he is ssying that we have beaten the almighty hearts and nobody should say we best cheap teams. The heading is not misleading if you pay attention. The word cheap is in quotation marks, check the word sarcastic or sardonic in the dictionary and you will understand the Journalist.
