  The cities needs sewer systems for our stinking cities, if epidemic breaks up it will be a disaster. our roads are bad, the railways should be revived to take the heavy trucks off the highways

  Mr. Majority leader have you done the pros and cons / cost benefit analysis on investments on the national football team over the years? Your government claim to be a competent one ; so you must always display competency in all your submissions. Quantify the benefits (in monetary terms) we derive as a nation when there is joy on the achievements of the Black Stars before jumping to conclusion. I dont want to talk about other direct benefits like appearance fees, advertising of our country, ultimate price won at such competitions, tourism, increase in sales of companies, beer bars restaurants etc.etc. NPP competency indeed.
