FYI, America has become what it's today because it offered and still offers citizenship to foreign nationals who have the brains to contribute to the success of the nation. Shall we refuse to employ a competent person as a teacher in our educational system simply because he was not born a Ghanaian? Stupid talk as usual from another brain dead citizen.

THOSE CALLLING FOR COMPETENT AND GOOD COACH HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO NAME ONE SUCH COACH SO GFA COULD PURSUE. AND EVEN THE WORLD OVER, WHO ARE THE COMPETENT COACHES? THOSE NAMES THAT WE HEAR ABOUT ALMOST ALL THE TIME COULD BE FOUND IN EUROPE, AND THEY THE SAME THAT MOVE FROM CLUB TO CLUB. YET, GOOD AS THEY MAY BE, WE HEAR ABOUT THEIR CLUBS LOSING MATCHES FROM TIME TO TIME. SO HOW CAN WE IN GHANA BE TALKING ABOUT HIRING A COMPETENT COACH, OR A GOOD COACH FOR THE BLACK STARS? KNOWING WHO WE ARE, I DON'T THINK EVEN THE BEST COACH IN THE WORLD WOULD BE ABLE TO SATISFY GHANAIANS IF HE DOES NOT WIN THE WORLD CUP. SO LET GFA KEEP SEARCHING FOR THAT COMPETENT AND GOOD COACH.

  The criterion for offering anyone the job of the national team coach should first be competence and second nationality. What's the use of a Ghanaian Coach to the team and the nation if he's incompetent? If the next coach is a very competent Ghanaian that will augur well for the fortunes of the senior national team but an incompetent Ghanaian Coach will prove to be a great disappointment for many Ghanaians and the backlash will be of epic proportions, venomous and unforgiving. Be forewarned, GFA.
