Prep their resume by giving them bstar call up or playing time and dats how these local players, who themselves aren't matured to leave gh simply bcos they don't have any winning mentality, trophy experience are then sold to.lower division in Europe. Where they will rot. We need aquota system for local players and secondly gfa needs to instruct these clubs to invest in facilities. The govt must invest in facilities. Local players must sign a contract that to play in ghana for at least 3yrs before they are eligible to play outside gh.This will curb the player drain or exodus we have in gh. Stupid Sannie. Instead of finding a solution he is complaining. Even brasil with their abundance foreign based players have a quota for local based players to the national team. Why don't u dweebs at gfa book an appointment with brasil fa and national team. Go and learn from them.

  Fool, who make the selection? Coach or GFA? Do you select good players to win games or select favorites? Thus why Ghana football is screwed up. This time around allow the coach to do his job.
