It all ethnocentrism and cronyism. That is how kwesi appiah got to the position in the first place. He was not qualified when he became assistant coach. Please point of correction, I don't insult Appiah. I only describe him and his performance on the field as a coach. Appiah was an excellent defender during his days, but as a coach, he is just wimpy and clueless.

From hindsight ,Akwasi Appiah was extremely smart(in the ghanaian sense) in how he handled the stars.Even the GFA knows it.

The problem in all of this, is when Appiah doesn't deliver a cup Ghanaians will crucify him and his career will be ruined forever.
