  Kurt Okraku is a rookie and he doesn't have the experience in managing a giant calibre team like Hearts of Oak. A team with massive supporters at every corner around the country with rich history of performing miracles and winning trophies. You just have to tell the truth that the job is much bigger than your qualifications and résumé. We all saw how Dream FC was demoted from the premiership to the first division. How can you compare that to Almighty Accra Hearts of Oak?
